PORTRAITS OF A REVOLUTION
Opening Reception

Exhibition of portraits in the style of early American limners created by grade 4 students participating in the Academy's artsVOYAGE partnership with the Mary E. Dardess Elementary School in Chatham. Student artists and teachers will be on-hand. Parents and members of the community warmly welcomed. Refreshments will be served.Exhibit continues 1:00pm - 5:00pm daily through Sunday March 7, 2010.

DARK & STORMY NIGHT

A staged reading adapted from the florid prose of 19th century British writer Sir Edward Bulwer-Lytton's famous novel "Paul Clifford." Three local favorite endeavor to impersonate dozens of characters in a fast-paced melodrama that will leave you gasping for breath, or for a "Dark and Stormy"--Bermuda black rum and ginger beer--the perfect chaser for an afternoon of Victorian derring-do.

The regular monthly drop-in blues jam will not meet this month as members rehearse for the upcoming Blues Dance Party on Saturday, March 27th. Regular monthly session resume in April.
